R’Space

R'Space is UCR's faculty and staff portal that provides single sign-on access to campus online systems from a single web location. R'Space also contains various electronic tools to enhance workplace effectiveness and streamline campus communications. Log in with your regular UCR NetID and password.

AP Recruit

AP Recruit is a secure online academic employment recruitment management system, supporting the entire recruitment workflow from creation of a recruitment plan, application, reference gathering, reviewing by the search committee, and, finally, selecting a hired candidate.  Log in with your regular UCR NetID and password.

SOM Non-Senate Faculty Academic Appointment Portal - Renewal Database

The renewal database is a system designed for annual reappointments of our non-Senate faculty.  Log in with your regular UCR NetID and password.

EfilePlus

EfilePlus is the UCR secure system used for assembling and reviewing faculty and other academic merit and promotion portfolios. Log in with your regular UCR NetID and password. Contact your Academic Affairs Senior Analyst for access to EfilePlus if it has not already been granted. The link can also be found on R'Space.

Docuvoter

Docuvoter is the secure SOM voting portal for the appointment and merit/promotion review of faculty and other academics.
Log in with your SOM NetID and password. Contact your Academic Affairs Analyst if a role has not already been granted to you.

Campus Library Access

The UCR Library supports the School of Medicine’s students, faculty, and staff through providing access to information resources and subject librarian education services.

ILearn
