The Office of Academic Affairs for UCR’s School of Medicine provides departments with the following services:

• Implementation of academic personnel policies for the UC system and for UCR specifically.
• Review and approval of academic recruitment, appointment, merit, and promotion actions.
• Faculty development and mentoring.
• Health Sciences Compensation Plan administration.
• Faculty support for online tools and resources.
• Review, approval, and implementation of annual renewal process.
• Provide forms and links for academic actions, policy, and forms.
